These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern bookings and use of services provided by Morocco Advice (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using https://moroccoadvice.com or booking with us, you agree to these Terms.

2) Services
We offer travel services including (but not limited to) private and group tours, excursions, transportation, multi-day packages, accommodations arranged through partners, and activities operated by us and/or third-party suppliers.
3) Bookings & confirmation
- A booking is confirmed when we provide written confirmation (email/WhatsApp message) and receive the required deposit/payment.
- You must provide accurate details (name, contact information, travel dates, pickup point if applicable, number of travellers, and special notes).
- Availability is not guaranteed until confirmation is issued.
4) Prices & inclusions
- Prices are shown on our website or in your quote/confirmation and include what is explicitly listed as included.
- Unless stated, prices do not include tips/gratuities, personal expenses, travel insurance, visas, or meals not listed.
- Currency is as displayed at checkout/quote (or otherwise confirmed in writing).
5) Payments
- A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking, unless stated otherwise in writing.
- The remaining balance (if any) and the due date will be stated in your confirmation or invoice.
- Payment methods accepted: card, PayPal, and wire/bank transfer.
- If paying by card or PayPal, your payment is processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store full card details.
6) Customer cancellations & refunds
- Free cancellation / refund: You may cancel and receive a refund if you cancel at least 20 days before the tour/service start date and time.
- Cancellations within 20 days: If you cancel less than 20 days before the start date/time, no refund will be provided.
- No-shows: If you do not attend at the agreed time/location, it is treated as a cancellation within 20 days and no refund will be provided.
If a refund is approved (only for eligible cancellations), it will be processed within 10 business days back to the original payment method where possible. Bank transfer refunds may require additional time depending on banks.
7) Changes by the customer
- Date changes, traveller changes, and pickup changes must be requested as early as possible.
- Changes are subject to availability and may incur price differences or supplier fees.
8) Changes or cancellations by Morocco Advice
We may adjust itineraries or schedules when necessary for safety and operations (weather, road conditions, supplier availability, strikes, or force majeure).
If we must cancel a service, we will offer (where possible) an alternative date/service or a refund of amounts paid for the cancelled service.
We are not responsible for extra costs you may incur due to changes/cancellations (e.g., flights, separate hotels) unless required by applicable law. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
9) Participant responsibilities
- Arrive on time at the agreed meeting/pickup point.
- Follow safety instructions from guides/drivers and respect local laws and customs.
- Be responsible for your personal belongings.
- Inform us in advance about accessibility needs or relevant health constraints that may affect participation.
We may refuse service or remove a participant for unsafe or disruptive behavior. Where permitted by law, this may be without refund.
10) Health, fitness & special requirements
Some tours involve walking, heat, long drives, or uneven terrain. You are responsible for ensuring you are fit to participate. We will try to accommodate special requests when possible, but cannot guarantee availability in all locations.
11) Children
The minimum age to participate is 2 years. Children can join when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for the child’s supervision and safety throughout the service.
12) Third-party services
Some services may be provided by third parties (accommodations, certain activities, transportation operators). We coordinate these services, but third parties may have their own rules. We are not responsible for third-party acts/omissions beyond our control, except as required by applicable law.
13) Liability limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Morocco Advice is not liable for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, road closures, natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or other force majeure events.
Where allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
14) Travel insurance
We strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance that covers medical costs, trip cancellation/interruption, and personal belongings.
15) Photos & marketing
We do not take or publish customer photos/videos for marketing as part of our standard tours. If this ever changes for a specific trip, we will request permission separately.
16) Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts in Morocco, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
